Now Kadai has brought it to the UK. The Plancha features a sustainably farmed mango wood base for storing either wood, cookware or ingredients. The natural limestone top offers a convenient shelf and supports the Kadai bowl. The Plancha Plate is easy to clean and hygienic, perfect for searing meat, fish and vegetables at high temperatures with minimal oil.
